Only one person worked, the other guy sat in the truck the whole time, he did not give a price after coming out and seeing the project and before starting the job, when it was done he tried to charge 70.00 more. The guy that did the work he worked very hard at completing the job, he did good work, the one that did nothing collected the money and tried to over charge.
