- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a referral program! I offer a 10% discount on your next soft glam session after a referral is confirmed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a warm welcome and ask important questions such as skin sensitivities and/or allergies. I also like to know what makeup looks you’re drawn to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed hours towards a cosmetology license, including esthetics and makeup courses. I have spent many years self-educating in order to learn the best application techniques as well as researching ingredients for safety and to better educate my clients.
