Introduction: I offer individual piano lessons. I have years of experience teaching students ranging from age 5 to 50+. With my background in both pedagogy and performance, I believe I have the quality to guide my students in their musical learning journey customized to their needs. Prior to Cleveland, I previously taught in Houston (TX), Athens (OH), and Muar (Malaysia). I am fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.

I worked with Su Han at the University of Houston right before she started her doctorate. A GREAT teacher for beginner/intermediate adult students. Fantastic in her ability to make music theory (and other hard concepts for me) super tangible and relatable. She's also really patient, and doesn't mind repeating whatever is needed to get through an adult's fully-formed brain. She's really grand, and I would still be taking lessons from her if she weren't half a continent away. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Su Han taught my son for 1.5 years. She was his first piano teacher and I really wanted to make sure she taught in a way that would not make him resent the instrument and yet learn how to work hard and diligently. My son progressed very quickly, he had to work hard, yet I still heard him laughing during the class. He knows his fundamentals and still looks forward to the lessons. Su Han also taught him to enjoy music outside the classroom. She was a wonderful teacher!

Su Han taught my daughter piano for two years. She helped her to learn how to read music and build a strong foundation for playing an instrument. Su Han was always on time and fun to work with. My daughter loves playing the piano and always enjoyed her lesson with Su Han.
