I've been working with Brian for roughly two months and everything has been wonderful! Brian takes the time to make a plan specific to an individuals goals. He looks at all aspects of health and fitness including the physical working out and also the nutritional aspect. I have loved working with him and I have seen great results. He changed up my workouts for me so I'd never get bored and he really helped me with my nutrition to see how many calories I should be eating and where I should be getting those calories from. I've just begun my journey with Finesse Fitness. Thus far, Allson met with me once, I shared with her that I want to lose weight, sculpt, and tone my body. I completed a questionnaire,and my nutrition habits, medical condition, injuries, etc. Allison prepared a customized nutrition plan with recipies, and nutrition notes that are specific to my needs. This is Week 1, and I am beginning to learn about nutrition. I can't wait to see what's in store for me during the next 1 weeks with regard to my nutritional and fitness needs. I can honestly and truly say that Evan is an amazing Trainer. I worked, perhaps I should say he worked with for over a year. We met at least 4 times a week. An hour personnel training session each time. I was always excited about my workouts and each time it was different. Fantastic Core work. I take the time with each client at the initial consultation and have them complete a questionnaire that asks them questions related to their current health and lifestyle. Their family health history and various other personal questions. Then at that same meeting I conduct a fitness assessment which involves various measurements, strength, flexibility, balancing etc. testing. Then with that information I will customize a fitness routine specifically for that individual. The fitness assessments will then be used for quarterly assessments to gauge individual progress. To prevent boredom and plateau my routines are chaged on a monthly basis.
