- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for on-site pizza preparation is based on several factors such as the duration of the event, location, and number of guests. Every event is unique and we're happy to work with you to tailor our services to your specific needs and budget. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss different options and services that fit your expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers is simple and efficient. Once you contact us with information about your event (date, time, guest count, any specifics about the pizzas, and any extras if needed), we'll provide you with an accurate quote within a few hours. To secure your event, a deposit is required which will allow us to plan our staff and create a menu tailored to your needs. 48 hours before the event, we'll begin fermenting the dough, 12 hours before the event we'll prepare all of the ingredients, and 1 hour before the event, we'll be at the designated location. On the day of the event, you'll pay the remaining balance, and we'll take care of the rest. Our goal is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for you, so you can relax and enjoy your event.

We have over a decade of experience in preparing delicious, authentic pizzas. We honed our skills through years of experimentation and improvement, constantly striving to perfect our craft. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality pizza for our customers and we're always looking for ways to improve our skills and techniques.
