- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on weekly in-home service and varies depending on your selected plan, household size, and level of customization. Each service includes menu planning, grocery coordination, in-home meal preparation, portioning, and full kitchen cleanup — so you’re receiving a complete, done-for-you experience, not just prepared meals. In addition to weekly meal prep, we also offer private chef services for clients who need extended support, multi-day service, or more hands-on coverage throughout the week. We offer subscription options for ongoing service, which include benefits such as priority scheduling, locked pricing, and additional service perks. Final pricing is confirmed during consultation to ensure everything is tailored to your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and structured so everything is tailored to your needs from the start. We begin with a consultation to understand your household, schedule, dietary preferences, and goals. From there, we design a customized menu and coordinate groceries for your service. On your scheduled prep day, we come to your home and prepare your meals in your kitchen. Everything is portioned, labeled, and organized for your week. After the service, your kitchen is fully cleaned and reset — so your meals are ready and there’s nothing left for you to do but enjoy them.

I have over a decade of hands-on experience in the culinary and food service industry, including working in professional kitchens and leadership roles where consistency, food quality, and efficiency were critical. My background includes menu development, kitchen operations, and preparing high-quality meals at scale, which translates directly into the structure and reliability of my in-home services. In addition to my culinary experience, I have extensive experience working with clients who have specific dietary preferences and performance-focused goals, allowing me to build customized meal plans that fit a variety of lifestyles.
