About
My goal is to help anyone who is looking to lose fat, gain strength, increase flexibility, and build confidence. I provide individualized training sessions that are tailored towards your goals, likes, strengths, and weaknesses. I like to make things fun but still challenging. I am very big on hearing my clients' feedback, because I want them to get as much out of our sessions as possible. The sessions are held at a private studio which eliminates much of the intimidation for someone who is just getting into working out. I also provide partner or small group sessions. This is not as individualized, but it lowers the cost and makes a lot of people feel more comfortable. Sessions may incorporate any of the following: * circuit training * weights * TRX * kickboxing * any other style of exercise you may be interested in Lastly, I have an online booking system where you can sign up for sessions as well as track your progress. I love seeing when a client reaches some type of goal that he/she wasn't sure that he/she could reach. This could be losing 25 pounds or doing a pull-up for the first time. Either way, it is a great feeling to see that excitement in a client's eyes.

Jessica is really great as a trainer. She has worked to tailor the workouts to my needs. I have issues with my knees so she finds exercises that are challenging but not harmful to my knees. She has variety for every workout so I am never bored. She is fun and has a very pleasant demeanor. I was nervous to try a personal trainer but wanted the motivation. She has been just what I needed. I feel happy, confident and proud of myself every time I leave a session.

Absolutely amazing personal trainer! Taught me how to set goals for myself, and sculpted my body into the best shape it has ever been! I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to get their bikini body ready for summer! I went from having no energy to working out 5 days a week! Also, She is great at switching things up if you don't like to do the same workout all the time. I look forward to going to all the sessions because they are so much fun and I leave the gym with so much energy!

Jessica is a fantastic trainer. She's incredibly motivational and knows how to work out a plan that is just right for you. Every step along the way she is cheering you on to be the best physical you imaginable! I'd recommend her any day!
