Introduction: NASM certified. I am currently pursuing my bachelor’s in sports and exercise science. I’ve been an athlete since I was 8. I’ve played basketball, baseball, and excelled in football. I played football 4 years at Ohio state. Played as a true freshman, won 4 big ten championships, played in 2 national championships and played professionally for the Miami Dolphins and Seattle Seahawks.

I’ve been training with Rob for about 3 months now and he has been very helpful with my fitness journey! My first few weeks were painful to me and I wanted to quit but he was very encouraging,and made me feel comfortable. He’s a pusher and won’t let you fall in between the cracks, and if you’re struggling with a task, he will add comedy to his coaching so that you feel better lol. So far I feel more energized and confident! Let’s see what the next 3 months brings me! Keep it up Rob!! 💪🏿
