- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work at Claremont Veterinary Clinic in Ashland, OH. I only work there while I'm at school, between August and May. During the summer I work at daycares and boarding facilities, such as K-9 Kingdom and Pet Palace. I know cat and dog CPR, and I can give medication safely.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like to speak to the person first on the phone. Then I like to meet them in person, and allow them to tell me what they would like done. For example, the daily routines they do when taking care of their pet.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't leave your pet with just anyone. Make sure this person is trust worthy and kind and the number one trait of this person should be that they are animal lovers. Animal lovers never disappoint!
