- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system at this moment. I handle everyone on an individual basis depending on what they need and the stage of their career.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I have my clients send me whatever documents they may already have- work histories, old resumes, etc. as well as new job postings they're interested in applying to. Usually then we engage in some Q & A as I typically need some more questions answered, and then I tailor and target the resume for maximum efficiency. My customers are always entitled to view & request edits before we close out the request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in recruiting across all industries for a year and a half meaning I saw on a daily basis who got calls off their resumes, who didn't, and countless reasons why interviewees screwed up job offers as well as all the reasons those who got offers made it to the end. Additionally, I've done quite a bit of independent resume writing and career coaching at this point and finally am pursuing a certification in professional career coaching.
