Al stopped by to scope out the work and walked me through all of our options, explaining his thoughts and potential solutions along the way. Installation was quick and high quality, his team was able to complete all the work in a single day. Pricing was transparent and fair. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

Al and the team(s) at Pring were the ONLY roofers I called who actually dared to get up ON the roof to assess the situation and recommend a REAL remedy to the leak. My issue was rotten wood behind gutter with poorly/incomplete water proofing and drip edge with questionable flashing, and the gutter fell off due to rot. They also took on the job of removing a big glassblock window for me in the same area that also occasionally leaked - they replaced it with a nice new double-hung and were really happy with the outcome. Looks and functions great. Big improvement. I really like that Al took the time to fully and patiently explain his recommendation after some thoughtful detective work and the quote came back fast. Other contractors never left the ground and quoted full roof replacements, and in the case of the window, wouldnt even quote or take the job. Bottom line - we chose Pring because they wanted to help and seemed honest which was a differentiator. I had what I think was a fairly complicated/labor intensive job on a slope that was far too steep for me to even think about myself, and Im confident they solved the problem(s) once and for all. They were quick, honest, thorough, fair, in constant contact, and above all respectful/not pushy. Now im actually excited for the rain. Highly recommend! Thanks for helping me get a little more life out of this roof guys!!
