His youtube video and other informational media he has created is really good in educating and really easy to follow. Brian currently is coaching me through a very difficult time in my life. I've been working with Jessica for several weeks now. At first I was hesitant since we had not met live (she lives in Cleveland and I live in Columbus), but she has been amazing. She responds to me quickly and creates meal plans specifically for me. A lot of meal plans seem generic, but I can tell that the plans she makes for me are made for my schedule, tastes, and needs. I communicate with her almost daily and she asks lots of questions to make sure everything is going as planned. When I don't feel well, she readjusts my plan to better suit my body. You can tell how much she cares and how knowledgable she is about health and fitness. She even helps me with what I should eat when I have to eat out. And she never seems bothered by my constant questions. I feel like I am in good hands and trust her. And she is effective...I have already lost weight.

Brian worked with me from day one to create a menu that would be special for our party. I had ideas in mind of what I wanted to do and he made it all happen and went above and beyond to make everything amazing. Everyone LOVED the food and couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was! Seriously every flavor was amazing and it was a delight to see how happy everyone was. My son fractured his spine 5 years ago and was unable to do anything for 8 weeks. We went to a sports trainer who worked with him and shortly after returning to activity, he had a relapse and was unable to do anything for 12 weeks. Being an avid athlete he became discouraged and out of shape very quickly. I took him to Jeffrey and in 6 weeks my son was completely in shape and out on the field again and has never had an issue since. Jeffrey taught him what to do to stay healthy physically following a serious injury and how to maintain that health. I am forever grateful to Jeffrey for what he did for my son physically and mentally. Jeffrey also helped me to understand how to achieve a healthy lifestyle for myslef and what is needed to maintain that lifestyle. His knowledge and professionalism is far above anyone else I've encountered. He spends time to create an individual plan that will work for you. I have a very hectic schedule with sports and work and Jeffrey has always been more than accomodating. Midge Crist was my dietician for a little over a year. I found her to be experienced, very professional, and extremely knowledgable about her profession. She is trustworthy, gracious and easy to talk with. In addition, Midge cares a great deal about her clients and goes beyond what is required to provide the client with researched-based material and helpful articles. Most importantly, Midge helped me, and I am a much more informed and motivated person because of her.
I've just begun my journey with Finesse Fitness. Thus far, Allson met with me once, I shared with her that I want to lose weight, sculpt, and tone my body. I completed a questionnaire,and my nutrition habits, medical condition, injuries, etc. Allison prepared a customized nutrition plan with recipies, and nutrition notes that are specific to my needs. This is Week 1, and I am beginning to learn about nutrition. I can't wait to see what's in store for me during the next 1 weeks with regard to my nutritional and fitness needs. I can honestly and truly say that Evan is an amazing Trainer. I worked, perhaps I should say he worked with for over a year. We met at least 4 times a week. An hour personnel training session each time. I was always excited about my workouts and each time it was different. Fantastic Core work. Evan had me motivated about fitness and also helped me with my nutrition. I can go on and on! Again a fantastic Trainer and treats everyone as individuals.knows what works and won't work. I have lost weight and inches.
Imperfectly perfect nutritionist, Christie Wheeler went above and beyond helping me find meet my nutritional needs with my busy schedule. She gave me meal ideas, workout and post workout snack ideas, and her Instagram page gives me inspiration on how to incorporate healthy eating habits into my everyday routine. Erin is the exactly what I need from a nutritionist. She taught me how to read food labels, more importantly what to look read, she also constructed a meal plan that works for me, and an exercise plan. And I could pay with my HSA account. When I met Erin I was 209lbs and now I'm at 185lbs. I still follow my meal plans and Erin is the one that encourages my to mix my meals up. I also still follow the guidelines she gave me for my workouts. With her guidance I have gone from 20% bodyfat to 15.9% and I'm still losing weight and toning up.
