- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer menu book pricing. I keep my prices up front and I am clear about my price. Depending on the job, discounts can be offered but with plumbing its very situational.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First schedule you with a phone conversation/texts to understand your repair needs. I offer free in home estimates to fully understand your needs and in turn explain the best approach to fix the issue. I have 15 years experience and have a wide variety of products to offer the best solution to the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience of residential and commercial plumbing. I have completed factory trainings for a wide variety of products.
