We also offer that true southern hospitality, where each customer and each event is unique. We pride ourselves in making sure that each customer receives world-class service from our team. Cooking each unique menu is fun! It's satisfying when you know your customer has truly enjoyed your meal. I also love meeting new customers, both from catering side and the restaurant.

This is the second event Daisy has catered for us and it was perfect! She and her team made everything work flawlessly and, best of all, the food was amazing! Will definitely hire her again!

Daisy and The Modern Southern Table worked with me on the catering for a pre-wedding picnic for 85 guests. I needed to have the caterer set up the food into a buffet and then come back to break it down afterwards. Daisy was very responsive to my specific requests (about gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options), and she put together a menu that was varied, interesting, and colorful. Communication throughout the process was very good. She responded very quickly to questions, and was responsive to things that came up. Daisy was also punctual. She was ready with everything when I came to the tasting. On the day of the picnic, she showed up exactly on schedule both for the set-up and break-down. I also had not thought of a few details, such as serving spoons for the chafing dishes. Daisy came prepared with everything we might need to serve the delicious food. had told her I was purchasing my own plates and eating utensils (I wanted palm leaf plates and bamboo utensils in order to compost them); but Daisy came to the picnic with picnic plates and eating utensils just in case I had forgotten. This was a sign that she knows her clients don't throw catered parties often and she is thinking of what they might need or forget. I appreciate this a lot! The best thing is that this was accomplished long-distance (except for the tasting), as I live 2 hours away from the venue. I would not hesitate to hire Daisy and The Modern Southern Table again. Thanks, Daisy!

It was a pleasure to work with Daisy, she is so sweet and flexible. They were able to make everything we asked for (Taco Beef, Potato Salad, Mac and Cheese, Pulled Pork, Coleslaw) and the food was outstanding! I will definitely call them again for any of my catering needs! Love them!

We had Daisy do our "I do BBQ" (wedding shower). The brisket, pulled pork, chicken and ribs were out of this world !!! I have to mention the corn salad, green beans and potato salad as top notch. This food made our party. Ron and Gayle Helin

We had Southern Table cater our Thanksgiving dinner. She was on time. She had all the fixings ready to be put on the heat. We had turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy, deviled eggs, corn and green bean casserole. Everything was great tasting and there was enough for everyone. Our party was a definite success :).

We have set prices however, we can work with budgets to make your event fabulous.

When working with a new customer, our first priority is to listen to their needs, wants and desire. Our next step is to ensure we heard the client and create a quote based on those things.

Our staff has worked at several restaurants, attending culinary school. We have a really diverse team and we can create amazing food.
