- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and competitive. I charge a flat hourly rate for most services, with a minimum one-hour visit. I offer discounts for repeat customers, referrals, and seniors. There are no hidden fees—if a job requires additional parts or time, I always discuss it with you upfront before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I start with a quick phone or text consultation to understand your needs. Once we schedule a visit, I’ll arrive on time and walk you through what I’m doing, step-by-step if you’re interested. After resolving your issue or completing the setup, I make sure everything is tested, and I’ll show you how to use the devices if needed. I follow up to make sure everything continues working smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Computer Engineering and currently work full-time as a software engineer. I’ve installed many smart home devices and repaired dozens of various electronics. I keep up with emerging technology trends to stay sharp and ensure I’m offering the most up-to-date support possible.
