- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the event, location and time of service needed. I assure that my prices are competitive in the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially a phone consultation is established to determine the full scope of your event. I would then direct my client to our informative and user-friendly website. I love to meet with clients but I am aware that schedules sometimes can be hectic. If there is a need to meet, we can determine a mutual time and location otherwise communication can be conducted through phone calls, emails and text messages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Originally, this all began as a hobby! I love to sing. After training with one of the Midwest's most prominent karaoke company, I decided to branch out and establish my own company. Over 2o years later, we're still thriving!
