I got a notice from the city that would be fined if my wildly overgrown side lot was not maintained. I contacted James, and later that afternoon he was hacking away at the tangled mess. He removed two dead trees, countless overgrown weeds, several vines and cleaned up all the random trash. James came back several months later to build a fence and small shed in the newly appreciated space. Couldn’t recommend more!
