I have never felt so harassed over getting them paid for some work done at my house as with this business. I cannot believe how many times they called me in the afternoon and asking about the payment when I told them I was going to pay them. They came out to my house while I was still there and during the time they were working I had to go to work and told them that we could pay them right away by venmo when they're done. They told me that they don't take venmo but they take cash app and Apple pay along with two other things that I did not have downloaded in my phone. So I told them I would get them paid later on once I get those apps figured out, but again I was at work and driving so I cannot download and register on any of those accounts that afternoon until I had time later in the evening to look at it. In the meantime after they left , I got all kinds of text messages and phone calls about getting paid, which I just thought was ridiculous since I told them I was going to pay them. I've always paid everybody that came out to do work at my house, and they were not going to be the exception. But I've never gotten so many phone calls or text messages from anybody about getting paid and the guy said that he had to pay his worker before they went home which I have to question what type of business can't afford to go day to day without $250 in their bank account to pay an employee. And the employee obviously was not going to get $250 because that was the total cost of the job, they would get a percentage of that. So like 4 hours later after many phone calls and text messages magically they send me a text message with the venmo to pay them the amount. All this when before they said they did not have a venmo to pay them with. So immediately we sent them a payment on venmo but the phone number that they sent us that was associated with the venmo was not the correct phone number so venmo denied the payment. Hours later we finally got a hold of them and paid them through paypal. All in all they ruined my afternoon because of the constant request of payment.
