Savon is a great trainer! He is very encouraging and supportive. He’s has helped me go from an overweight, sedentary person to a much smaller person with so much energy! I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a personal trainer. I’m smaller now than in these pictures. I’ve gone from a XXL to a size 10 between eating better and training with Savon!
