Introduction: L3vel Up Fitness recently formed just this year is ran by my self Tykeem Holmes, who has a degree in exercise Science, from West Liberty University. Also W/ assistance from my business partners, Quinton Jones & Devan wade who both have College degrees in exercise Heath & fitness. W/ our 3 man team we can come up with the best workout program for that said body type & Amongst the 3 of us we will make sure we push every client to reach their full potential and goals. Our training is more then just physical exercise but mental health advice & tips for those who need it. Not only do we want you looking good in the gym, we also want to see all our clients level up outside of the gym, and live happy productive lives. As high level athletes me & my team have over 10 plus years in strength and conditioning training personally, and football/ footwork and agility training. We specialize in weight loss, strength & conditioning, football specific training ( WR,RB, DB & LB) We are full time entrepreneurs who constantly have to push ourselves to the limit and also be leaders while at it. We can help to lead you to whatever you desire from the fitness standpoint. •Weight loss training •(Muscular Strength and Conditioning Baseball /Basketball/ football/ soccer/ rugby/ lacrosse) •Self-Defense (Boxing w/ MITTS & PAD) •Football specific Training (footwork/ agility/ speed) WR/RB/DB/ LB.
