Introduction: LV3 Fitness is a hybrid fitness brand ran by the 3 man team of Ty’Keem Holmes, who has a degree in exercise Science, from West Liberty University. Quinton Jones with the same ASEP certification and Devan wade who has a degree in Health Coaching. With our 3 man team we are able to come up with the best workout program for your body type & make sure we push every client to reach their full potential and goals. Our training is more then just physical exercise but mental health advice & tips for those who need it. Not only do we want you looking good in the gym, we also want to see all our clients level up outside of the gym, and live happy productive lives.
As high level athletes me & my team have over 10 plus years in strength and conditioning training personally, and football/ footwork and agility training. We specialize in weight loss, strength & conditioning, football specific training ( WR,RB, DB & LB).
