I started into fitness about 4 years ago. I wanted to better myself not only mentally but physically. I pushed myself harder than I ever expected, and I lost over 100 pounds. I know how hard it is to take that step and how helpful it is to have someone pushing you through the pain.
That's why I'm here to help you!
I have had the privilege of working with some extremely talented trainers and trained people as well. I get an enormous amount of joy out of helping others achieve what I have, and I hope to continue to inspire more people in the future!

I've known Sarah for a little over two years. She's always been a passionate and inspirational person. I found her personal weight loss journey to be interesting and started asking questions. Next thing I knew I was joining a gym.
My first day there, Sarah joined me as a guest to give me a few tips to get started. It was definitely not what I was expecting! She truly has a different approach to fitness that feels like anyone can accomplish their goals. It was my first time in a gym in 5 years. She worked me hard, but it was clear she knew what I could and couldn't handle. Her kind motivating words made the overall experience great! I learned so much in just learning a few moves and techniques. It was all about form, not how much weight or how fast I could do something. It's in my mind when in the gym. Her coaching will always stick with me!
