- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients are very important to us and we take time to get to know their needs and desires for outcomes. We want them to not only have a healing experience in the moment, but we want those feelings of balance and wholeness to continue throughout the day and be memorable. Our office is peaceful and serene, the music is soft and relaxing, and the lighting is adjusted for the treatment. We have clients who come because they need or want to experience a session one time and we have clients with acute or chronic conditions that need more support and so they come regularly and have more personalized treatment program. The choice is the clients, the focus is their need.
