- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing may be higher or lower than others. It's all about quality, security and who you think is right for the job! It might cost a little more to get it done right the first time but it beats all the hassle of having to have someone else come finish/fix the project and pay again! Get it done right the first time with A&A!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk each and every customer through the whole process from start to finish. Stress free projects are our specialty! We offer a couple ideas to be cost effective they can choose from!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself am a daughter of a landscaper/trees of 38 years. My crew has a variety of skills. We all have years of experience! Our climber is going on his 15th year!! We train on a regular basis on safety, customer service, and work performance unlike most others. We love what we do and work hard to satisfy our customers!
