Very professional, he has a great personality and very light hearted. The wedding was very simple but perfect. He introduced himself to both of our family members who were there and made each of them a part of the wedding. He had a very resonalble price and I would recommend him to anyone I know that's getting married.
JJ wa an awesome bartender! Many of of our guests had lots of nice things to say about him. He cam dressed nicely and he made some awesome cocktails. Very very fair rate as well. I don't think things could have gone any better on my wedding day! Will for sure rehire in the future

We hired Lindsey to coordinate our wedding day. We signed with her roughly 10 months before our wedding date. She was very clear about what services she would provide and was responsive when I texted or emailed. She lived over an hour from us and our wedding venue, but it didn't seem like a problem. About a month before the wedding we met with her and she said when she'd have the timeline done, get in touch with vendors and visit the venue. A week before the wedding my new husband and I had a few vendors calling us asking for directions that Lindsey said she had given them. Not sure if the person she spoke with didn't pass a message along or what happened, but this occurred with 3 or 4 vendors all after she told us she had contacted them. We also got some things later than she had said she'd have them, so going into the week of our wedding, I was a a bit of a nervous bride. Worry for nothing though, she totally delivered! We had the venue the day prior for setup and rehearsal and she was there at the opening time and the whole day. She and her assistant did a great job setting everything up. She picked up our flowers on our wedding day because we had no one else to do that. She was on top of everything with the vendors. I'd hire her again if I had to do it over. She was personable, she kept all the vendors aware of the timeline and when things were supposed to happen. I didn't worry about anything else after I saw how much she put into setup the day before. Being able to get ready and not worry about vendors and setup was honestly worth way more than she charged at the time 😀.
I worked with Erin and her team at a wedding reception I was hired to DJ. She was very on top of things during the planning process and provided great communication to myself and the other vendors! She kept things moving and even improvised bar tenders when they ones who had been hired failed to show up. She is truly a class act and will be a great addition to your wedding day!
Our wedding day was the Best Day Ever! This was largely due to Andrea Sargent of Andrea’s Occasions being our wedding planner. From the first day we started planning our wedding with Andrea to the day of our wedding; Andrea was truly a blessing in so many ways. Her professionalism and attention to detail was amazing. Her knowledge of the wedding process was very helpful to us as she brought up important details that I had never even thought of. With Andrea being part of the WPC (Wedding Professionals of Columbus) she was able to help us with finding the perfect vendors to make our wedding day vision come true. Andrea worked very hard on our wedding day timeline. We met several times and she made many drafts of the timeline until it was perfect. One of the most important things that we wanted for our wedding day was that all of our family members be able to enjoy the day with us and not have to be involved with any of the organizing details or dealing with issues. Because of Andrea’s thoughtfulness and being so thorough the entire day went smoothly. It was a very beautiful and memorable day for us and our families. We really can’t thank Andrea and her assistants enough for all that they did to make our wedding day so special.
Jennifer was a HUGE help in planning my mom's wedding last summer! My mom was a widow for 14 years so when she finally met the right man we wanted to make sure this wedding made her as happy as he does! Iwas struggling to even find the right layout (I have no imagination at all) but with just 1 visit she was able to open my eyes to so many possibilities. The layout of the wedding was amazing and we had so many compliments from those who attended! Jennifer is, and always will be, my go to girl for party planning!!
Brittany has coordinated many events for me and each of them were fun, perfect, and went off without a hitch! She has planned both my bachelorette party and decorating my wedding! With my bachelorette party, all decorations, event coordinating, and gifts for my girls was all provided by her and she really went above and beyond! I felt incredibly special and she was also very passionate about everything that went involved. For my wedding as well she was very passionate about it. She really listened to what the theme was (which was Modern Rustic) and really went for it! I provided decorations and she also had tons of her own that she set up and made it look perfect. I highly recommend Brittany for any event coordinating that needs to be done!

I own a mobile DJ business, and have been at multiple events where Lisa Nelson and Just For the Occasion have catered. I've always been impressed with the overall presentation and professionalism shown. Most recently I experienced JFTO's services at a wedding and reception held at a community shelter house. I had attended other events at this venue and didn't expect much. Lisa and her staff transformed the place into a very elegant setting. Decorations were on point, and the food was delicious Definitely one of the best in the business!

So many guests replied " it looked like something out of a magazine" it was gorgeous. Kristie spent a lot of time with us working on every detail. She even MADE beautiful hair accessories that looked like antique brooches,found mothers gifts, bridesmaids gifts, she did it all, flowers, food , music, venue, photography. There are so many decisions and details with a wedding that we couldn't have done it with out her. She is so talented and has the best ideas.
