Sarah is kind, compassionate, and intelligent. She is thoughtful in planning my lessons around my abilities, allowing me to learn new positions and techniques at my own pace. Sarah's calmness and positivity put me completely at ease both mentally and physically. Her knowledge and enthusiasm create an enjoyable experience. I look forward to our weekly lessons.

My experience with Sarah has changed my life. Living with an autoimmune disease she has taught me to manage my mind, body and spirit for ultimate balance. Beyond the yoga training, Sarah offers me a meal plan and support to go along with it so I can better understand what decisions need to be made each day to achieve my ultimate well-being. 10/10 would recommend Sarah to anyone who needs direction, support and accountability from Yoga sessions to daily health habits! Thanks to her Im seeing the best/most vibrant version of myself!

I have taken yoga classes with Sarah and with every session, she calmly guides me through with precise movements and encouragement. I always feel peaceful during and after. Sarah is also very knowledgeable regarding nutrition and health related issues. She has helped me manage my autoimmune disease through diet, exercise, and Juice Plus. She is an amazing person! I would highly recommend reaching out to Sarah for any of your needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to hours of training in mindfulness, 500-hr Yoga Teacher Training & a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Food Science, I am committed to continual learning. Through providing support for those with diabetes, autoimmune diseases, & various dietary restrictions, I have been able to put my training into practice.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Through years of navigating a healthy relationship with food + movement that is nourishing to the body + soul, the most impactful shift was approaching wellness from a less rigid and more intuitive approach. I began learning and helping others to incorporate sustainable shifts that impact the WHOLE - body, mind & soul.
