From birthdays and baby showers to corporate events and special celebrations, we work closely with you to bring your ideas to life and make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
We proudly serve Ohio (including Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati), Kentucky (Covington, Fort Thomas), Indiana (Richmond).
Please note: effective 8/1/2026 there is a $400 minimum investment for delivery and on-site installation. Also, we do not inflate balloon kits provided by customers and only use professional-grade balloons to ensure the best quality and longevity.

Velva did an amazing job on the balloon garland and balloon décor. The setup was beautiful, well put together, and truly exceeded my expectations. The colors were perfectly matched, and the garland completely elevated the entire event space. Velva was professional, punctual, and very easy to work with from start to finish. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to provide my clients with a high quality product. My pricing reflects the value I bring to my clients and their events. With that, I realize every client is not my client and I am perfectly ok with that!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask them a few questions to better understand what they are looking and see if I can provide them what they want. I next might schedule a call if I am still not clear as to what they are needing. Getting clarity on a client’s expectations is essential.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning and decorating events for many years but have recently started a business doing this! I believe that I am a life long learner and am constantly growing my skills and knowledge of my craft.
