- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make our pricing as fair as possible oftentimes I'm able to negotiate my biggest thing is to make sure our employees are properly compensated This keeps our employee turnover low And allows us to keep the same cleaners year after year and better help us retain customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The 1st clean is usually performed by a member of management staff or the owner along with the crew The customers then contacted the following day to see if there were any issues with that clean All goes well and there are no major issues we adopt that clean To that facility and try to duplicate that clean on a daily basis This has been our process we've had a lot of success with this Our customer turnover is extremely low almost non existent customer stay with us year after year after year due to our consistency We also maintain a family friendly atmosphere with our customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business management several years of management experience before entering the industry I have also worked them as industry as an owner for 15 years
