AJ was extremely professional, personable, and affordable. He removed a window in my kitchen, finished the inside wall, and finished the outside wall/siding. AJ and his crew worked very hard and I can't complain. As far as I can see I have found someone I plan on using for many projects in the future.
Relocated light switch, removed bathroom vanity, removed wood panels from bathroom wall. Mr. Harbison was done within an hour. He is friendly, courteous, professional. Did the job quickly and efficiently. He called to advise he was close by, arrived on schedule and completed the job easily as he had first estimated. His fees are more than reasonable.
I am so happy we found Andy! He removed/widened a few walls for us, in addition to tackling a list of other random handyman tasks in our new house. His work was excellent and his costs were reasonable and transparent. Most notably, he took great care to do the job right and explained his approach to save us headaches in the future. He really knows what he is doing and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend.
We recently hired Acey for painting the interior of two of our homes in the Mason area and were extremely pleased with the services provided. Acey was very professional to deal with and the pricing was reasonable as well. Along the way he provided inputs that we hadn't thought about or weren't aware of that made complete sense. We would highly recommend hiring him for your next paint job.
Brian and Amber did a great job with tree removal. Everything done and cleaned up as promised
This is the first time I've hired someone for work on my house when they actually showed up on time every single day! Professional, considerate, quality workmanship. Very happy to have had them paint my interior and will have them back again for the exterior in the Spring.
We contracted with Ian Cheadle of Cheadle Construction (937.580.9098) on December 4, 2015, and we are very glad we did. The project centered around the replacement of carpeted and tiled flooring with 3/8 inch Engineered Hardwood in a glue-down installation. This was a project that we, homeowners, had started the previous May, but after completing our great room, the project lost momentum leaving our downstairs in a half-baked configuration. We were simply not looking forward to tackling the myriad of difficult cuts required for our front entry-way, parlor, and hallway, all of which are at odd angles to the walls opposite. In late November, we decided to hire a professional. We found Ian and contacted him via email and he came to our condominium ON TIME, sized up the work and had an estimate/contract prepared for us shortly thereafter. Some prices are a set amount, while others are by square-foot or linear foot. It was all clear up-front. We removed the baseboards, carpet, carpet liner, carpet tack strips, and tile ourselves, revealing a concrete sub-floor upon which the new project would be glued. We were not, however, able to chip away the mortar that was underneath the tile. Lucky for us, Ian had a tool similar to a jack hammer that was able to do that job. The particular choice of materials and the method of installation were ours, and were not products he had worked with prior. Ian listened to our own experiences and in addition did his own research, including contacting the company. So when he began work, he was able to hit the ground running. We should mention that this was "click and lock" flooring in name only; it takes some real persuasion with a hammer to get each piece to lay flat. And the glue, although a great product, is also very messy, requiring constant cleanup. The project also involved the installation of baseboards. We chose 1x4 common board, and did the sanding, priming, and painting ourselves, leaving the cuts and installation for Ian. He caulked all the gaps, leaving a finished, professional look. There were no surprises during the installation. Ian asked all the right questions, and turned our vision into reality in less than a week. Having done this work, ourselves, the previous May, I can tell you that his constantly cheerful attitude must be a superpower of some sort. So, now, the project is complete, the place looks great and we can once again welcome our cars into the garage, just in time for winter. This is a link to a photo on google drive showing some of Ian's work: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4P1TMU9HITkMWk4Y0dIVG0wSGM/view?usp=sharing We were delighted with how it all turned out. We have used Greg for various jobs on our rental home. I can ask him to do the little things, as well as larger projects. He has repaired gutters, repaired a fence latch, replaced kitchen flooring, fixed our heater, weather sealed some doors, put in new screen/storm doors, fixed a ceiling fan, installed a new mailbox, and various other upkeep jobs. He charges very reasonable rates, and is helpful at coming up with a cost-effective solution if that is what you desire. He is easy to reach via text message and email which is helpful and eliminates "phone tag" issues. Because of the variable nature of the jobs he does, sometimes he is not able to do the work on the originally scheduled day because a previous job may run long. Usually, this isn't a problem, and if the job is urgent, he always comes through.
Interior painting, kitchen painting over red paint which I was not about to attempt. Price was outstanding and value could not be beat. The job was done in less than 4 hours. Neat, professional. no mess to clean up afterward. Will hire again.
Mike was very professional. He removed all of the furniture from the room and laid down plastic to protect the carpet. He was able to fix, sand and paint the repair work that needed done in two days, when he was done he cleaned everything spotless and moved the furniture back exactly where we had it. I have more repairs that need to be done and have already scheduled Mike to come back!
Dan recently replaced all interior doors and exterior. A lot of issues came up with the walls and was able to accomplish all tasks in no time. He placed custom trim and crown molding which turned out amazing. We had a very complex and difficult transionital strip from tile to hardwood which he was able to blend very nicely. We were so pleased with his work we allowed him to place a 12' x 24' composite deck with exterior lighting in the posts. Outstanding work and very knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend for any type of project not only for the pricing but the type of work you get out of it all!! If you would like to see pictures I am willing to provide!
SP General Contractors painted the interior of my home. They did a fantastic job. On time to appointments and finished when he said they'd be done. Reasonable rates too. Would definitely recommend and will use them in the future.
M&D did an excellent job repairing my brick wall. They were completely honest about the temporary, yet sound, nature of the repair and gave me a very reliable estimate on replacement when I was ready. There was no pressure to get other projects done and the only evidence they were there was my fixed wall - they totally cleaned up and hauled away all debris. And they traveled to Cincinnati for the job. I am very pleased with their work. I will definitely hire them again.
Needed to quickly prepare areas in my home in need of attention prior to listing it for sale. Scope of work included removing wall paper, prepping walls for painting, and doing the actual painting. Rooms were two bathrooms. Also painting trim and closet doors and readjusting same in Master bedroom.. Also did a walk-through with me to identify about a dozen other easily fixed items that I would have missed. The job was done on time, with excellent workmanship. Cost was well below what I had expected to pay.Plus they took care of most of the minor things at extremely fair cost.
Mike Bull did a great job for us removing wallpaper and then painting. He took the time to accomplish all the preliminary steps carefully and thoroughly. Our livingroom, familyroom, master bath and hallway look terrific. We will definitely have him return to do other areas.
