Introduction: I provide general home cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. I also provide basic home landscaping, mowing, weed whacking, and edging but tools and materials must be provided. I will be arriving on bike but am highly driven, I'm in this for my family which means everything to me. My basic rate is a minimum wage of 7.95/hour or flat rated at 10, 25, 50, 100, 150 and 200. 10 - one area of home cleaned 25 - two areas of home cleaned 50 - three to four areas of home cleaned 75 - whole home cleaning 100 - whole home cleaned plus grass mowed 200 - whole home cleaned, grass mowed, weed whacked plus edged around side walk areas I am semi-flexible on these prices depending on needs. I want to provide a service in a way that you want it to be done, and I want thorough instructions. Again, all materials and equipment must be provided. I will not supply anything.
