Don came out and made short work of our "non standard" lock set and door that prevented me from installing a Nest smart lock on my own. Quickly scheduled by the office, and Don is a very personable tech who didn't mind our golden retriever who was pretty certain that Don had come to see him and had no actual work to do!

Donald did a superb job of replacing a 30 year old deadbolt with a new digital lock. Arrived on scheduled time, modified door openings so lock fits perfectly, cleaned up all drill debris and was very pleasant. Highly recommended
