- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently beginning the process of obtaining a Senior Human Resources Professional certification. I began the study classes in January 2014 and plan to complete the certification test later in the year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I "fell" into training & development and felt a fit that I had not experienced before. I developed my skills through workshops, seminars and picking the brain of professionals. Through a variety of opportunities, I expanded my skills and experience to all facets of Human Resources and continue to feel at home with Human Resources.
