- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $50/hr, and this includes use of all the facilities at SouthSide Fitness Club while we are training there. I accept cash & personal checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I prefer to meet the client first in a free consultation to discuss their goals, provide a tour of the facilities, as well as to ensure we are a good fit. Once we have determined we do wish to work together, we review their health and medical history in detail, and discuss the plan of action!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer thru the Kenneth Cooper Aerobic Institute based in Dallas, TX. I also have various specialty certifications thru GMP Fitness, including but not limited to: Running Injury Prevention Specialist, Back Injury Prevention Specialist, & Fibromyalgia Care & Exercise Strategies Specialist
