AJ replaced a part that solved my problem of low water pressure in my shower, and also addressed a problem created by a previous vendor a coupe of years ago on the main water switch, that had created a slight leak that I was unaware of. These repairs actually improved water pressure throughout the house. ✔️ AJ communicated via phone and text to let me know his arrival time, and took the time to do the job right. Much appreciated.

Great experience. Brandon fit me into a tight schedule and arrived on time. He also found the least expensive way to complete the repair properly. He fixed a sagging kitchen countertop, dishwasher supports, cabinet trim, and replaced an old bathroom sink bowl and faucet. It all looks great and didn't break the bank. I will definitely hire him again.

Chuck came to my home for routine water heater repair. He arrived early and went straight to work. He brought along his son whom he was training. In no time, the water heater was repaired. He also alerted me to a potentially dangerous situation involving my furnace vent. I was completely unaware. Thanks to Chuck's knowledge and honesty, we will be safe this winter. Highly recommend Chuck. Will definitely call him for my next repair.

I purchased a refrigerator last summer and I didn't have time to have the ice maker hooked up. I needed a new water line install and a filter installed on the water line so I purchase the filter myself because I knew what I wanted and to save time. Steve did a very good job, very professional and he answered any questions I had. I will be using his services again.

Don is a really nice guy. He responded VERY quickly, and were very good making sure that all questions were addressed. Don also did a very nice job with the installation of Watchdog combination Sum pump and conducted his business in a professional manner. I would absolutely use his service again for future work and recommend them to others. We actually will hire him again for another home repair work. Thanks, Don.

My hallway toilet was leaking through the sewer hole down to the basement. I explained what I thought the problem was to Brian via Thumbtack and over the phone. He brought a new wax ring to install on the bottom of the toilet and checked the water damage from the leaking. He and Amber diagnosed that it was only the wax ring that needed to be replaced. They suggested spray bleaching the area in the basement where the leak was so the black mold wouldn't spread. It only took 25mins to get the job done. They new exactly what to do and how to do it. They had the tools ready to go to make the job quick. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with any household project.

Hired Jerry to repair a faucet. He was early! Made the repair to the leaky hot supply and checked and repaired the cold supply as it looked like it could become an issue soon (bonus). Great work and will use him again in the future.

They came out as soon as they were available and kept us informed on everything that was going on. In addition to plumbing, they also do drywall, so we didn’t have to call a separate company to repair it. We had textured ceiling where our leak occurred and they were able to get rid of it for us after completing our plumbing repair! They never left a mess behind and even took care to wrap up insulation because we have a very adventurous toddler. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

Shawn was one of the most polite and professional individuals I have ever experienced in providing any type of service for my home. He was very conscientious in protecting my new flooring in my home. He cleaned up after the installation of the water heater, leaving absolutely no mess. I was 110% satisfied.

I had a leak going from my condo on the 3rd floor to the condo unit below me. At first, I called RotoRooter to come out. They checked the leak area, said it was a pipe, and would take an hour to fix. After another 10 minutes, they said they would need multiple pipe repairs and they would need to pull out the bathtub itself to get to the pipes to replace them. They estimated it would take about 8-10 hours of work and cost anywhere around $3,500 to $4,500 dollars after labor and materials to fix. I was not buying their explanation. They charged me $229 dollars anyways for their 'hour' of work. I looked on Thumbtack and Ron was the first one to respond. He came out the next morning, saw it was a different issue with a cracked seal around the tub drain, fixed, and repaired it for $145. The most important thing to me is getting the right issue and fixing it. I trust Ron's professionalism and work quality. Ron also assured me if anything else came up, he would come back out to investigate. 5 stars for Ron and I would recommend him to others. I will use him again in the future if plumbing items come up.

I have called on Jason for a handful of projects around the home such as replacing a hot water heater, new faucets in the kitchen and bath, resetting a toilet, fixing leaks, replacing clay pipes and clearing out a main water line. He has always responded quickly and been professional and reliable.

We have used Greg for various jobs on our rental home. I can ask him to do the little things, as well as larger projects. He has repaired gutters, repaired a fence latch, replaced kitchen flooring, fixed our heater, weather sealed some doors, put in new screen/storm doors, fixed a ceiling fan, installed a new mailbox, and various other upkeep jobs. He charges very reasonable rates, and is helpful at coming up with a cost-effective solution if that is what you desire. He is easy to reach via text message and email which is helpful and eliminates "phone tag" issues. Because of the variable nature of the jobs he does, sometimes he is not able to do the work on the originally scheduled day because a previous job may run long. Usually, this isn't a problem, and if the job is urgent, he always comes through.

As the owner of 13 restaurants in the Dayton Ohio area it is rewarding to work with Chris Clark. He has repaired plumbing problems in several of our locations. He responds quickly when contacted, and gets the job done right the first time. He communicates well, so there aren't any surprises along the way. I highly recommend him!
