Our contract expired with our old cleaning company whom we had been with for several years. The services had somewhat become stale so we toyed with the idea of getting in front of other companies. Of the three companies that provided us with estimates U1st wasn’t necessarily the least expensive, but they were certainly the most thorough in their assessment of what was required to maintaining our new facility. We decided to move forward with U1st and have now been in business with them for three months. We have been extremely happy with our choice; their staff is professional, thorough, and everything a large scale facility like ours could ever hope for. As the Facility Coordinator, I am grateful that we decided to test the market. Thank you, U1st!

U1st shows up on time every time. They’re very professional and never miss a spot. They’re great at remaining quiet so that any employees still in the building can maintain their focus. They leave our building sparkling every night
