I had a great experience with my flooring and bathroom vanity installation. The team was very knowledgeable about the entire process and took the time to explain each step clearly. Their professionalism stood out from start to finish, and they kept me informed throughout the project, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. Fernando and team did a great job of finishing basememt. They did dry wall,ceiling,lighting and carpet flooring.The work quality is great. All small issues got fixed at the end.He did the ceilimg side painting for no charge.Charged exactactly what was in the quote.They can do better in timing of the workas they extend beyond 6 pm. Overall very good experience.

I had a fireplace bumpout done, removing an oak mantel, having stone installed to the ceiling and floor tile replaced, and the TV installed above the fireplace. The project cost a little over $5000 (not including the stone), which I thought was a great value. It took 6 days to complete. The crew arrived on time (or early) every day, and they were courteous, respectful and professional. The owner always responded promptly to my (daily) messages and questions. I am very, very, very happy with the final appearance of the fireplace bumpout and recommend highly this company. I would be pleased to hire them again if and when I have another home improvement project.

We hired Fernando to replace the tile floor in our bathroom, retile our shower, and complete some electrical and plumbing work. When the project first started, everything seemed very promising. The crew arrived early, worked hard, and appeared professional. Unfortunately, as the project progressed, it became drawn out for weeks on end. After receiving the majority of the payment, it became very clear that our project was no longer a priority and attention had shifted to larger jobs.
Communication has been extremely disappointing. There have been no updates, no follow-up, and no sense of urgency to complete the work. Today, I had to hire someone else to install our faucets because their “plumber” — who is not licensed — left the installation incomplete and created additional issues that now require another professional to correct. Based on this experience, I would not trust him to perform plumbing work.
This morning, I texted Fernando asking him to call me ASAP. He never responded. When I called him directly, it immediately went to voicemail, and nearly eight hours later I still have not heard back.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I referred Fernando to a good friend of mine who was prepared to hire him for a $15,000–$20,000 bathroom remodel. Based on my experience, she has decided to move on and hire someone else.
At this point, it appears he is either too busy or simply unwilling to properly take care of the customers he already has.
I would not recommend him to anyone nor will I ever use him again

I feel like I hit the Jackpot with Cabrera Property Homes. I took a chance with this app and further more, with someone I just didn’t know (I’m big on recommendations). The quickness it got done, and the flexibility to pick up items and…honestly wait one me without complaint was awesome. This project was for 2 bedrooms, an under stairs closet, and a bathroom in my basement, without breaking into the concrete floor for drainage. I plan on having them back for the rest of my basement.
