Our cleaning company

Hi! So sorry for your experience ! Let me start off by saying that , however me and my cleaning team drove 2 hrs to clean what you said was a bungalow and get there and its a full house finished basement and attic ! That’s not an issue however you would have been charged for such ! Not to mention you arrived 2 1/2 hours late for your cleaning pushing my time back from getting my kids! By the way they was left at the daycare facility by them selves 3 hrs past closing ! Again not an issue , you then forget to mention that it was more than small items to be removed from the home ! And again NOT AN ISSUE then you miss inform my movers that every thing on the right is to be thrown out ! You stood there downstairs while they was moving everything out ! When i came down stairs and asked you is when you clarified to me that it was suppose to had been everything on the left ! WE DID NOT TAKE YOUR THINGS ! WE REMOVED EVERYTHING THAT YOU ASKED WITH OUT A PROBLEM ! You kept adding things to your services as we was cleaning and I didn’t say a word just did them. I gave you the full and upmost opportunity to do your walkthrough before payment was sent. I didn’t get back to you because I have a job that i have to work 16 hrs out of my day ! And the fact that you down played my cleaning is baffling to me! Your kitchen alone took 2 hrs and it still couldn’t be detailed the way i would have liked. Which is why we requested pictures which you didn’t send ! The upstairs was dusty because there’s no circulation upstairs she redid the upstairs and you checked right so why didn’t you say it then like you was saying things about everything else ? Confused. I appreciate your two stars but id appreciate even more if you kept the rest or explained the whole situation as a business owner you should know ! Customers are always right , however every one deserves the fair shot ! Thank you And have a nice new year !
