Erin is the exactly what I need from a nutritionist. She taught me how to read food labels, more importantly what to look read, she also constructed a meal plan that works for me, and an exercise plan. And I could pay with my HSA account. When I met Erin I was 209lbs and now I'm at 185lbs. I still follow my meal plans and Erin is the one that encourages my to mix my meals up.
