Daja and her team was very responsible, kind, professional and did a awesome job! I paid for the deep cleaning service and I frequent them twice a month now for regular cleaning.

Showed up over an hour late, (due to a blizzard so I can let that go). Broke a glass shelf for the Refrigerator in the kitchen sink, than left broken glass in the disposal. Quoted me for 4-5 hours, took almost 12. (Even with a 2 hour power outage, That's still 9-10 hours). NO eye for detail (uncleaned scuffs on walls, dust on trim, windowsills and doorframes, grease on kitchen walls, cobwebs in corners, left gunk in the bottom of refrigerator, dust on top of the refrigerator). Poorly cleaned windows due to "running out of paper towels". ALL of which I had to take care of myself the next day. Even though they discounted me for the broken shelf and took it upon themselves to order a new one, I still feel that we over paid and that we would have done much better ourselves. On the upside, they were very nice people and the bathrooms look great.

Firstly, I want to thank you for your business & apologize for what you feel is a bad experience. However on our behalf we made the mistake of not coming out and getting a quote. The property was a actual two or three day job. We spent two hours in the kitchen alone. The power went off on us several times and we stuck it out there for hours. We worked as diligently and throughly as we possibly could. I also removed the glass with you in the kitchen with me. We got the glass shipped back to you the same week. We also discounted the service. We also have a policy on our website that if you call within 24hours we will Re-clean the home/property. I had no idea that you weren’t happy with our service as you had told me thank you for our work the very next day. If you would of mentioned it we would of been happy to come out. Again, our apologies! Have a great holiday

We were told in the request to use your cleaning supplies. We also did a walk through with the gentleman at the end of our service. We have a 24 hour policy and would of been happy to come back and redo any area you felt was neglected. We also brung our own supplies just in case. Sorry the inconvenience, have a blessed day!
