As someone with a chronic arthritic condition, working with Eric has greatly improved my symptoms and level of comfort. Each session is a physical challenge, but a mental comfort, as Eric is very personable and fun to work with. I highly recommend Eric. I will consider him one of the best trainers in Cincinnati.

In July 2014 I started searching for a personal trainer. I needed someone who was knowledgeable, would help motivate me, easy to communicate with/a great personality, and didnt pressure me into buying different packages or products. At the end of July I met Jill. She met every criteria of mine, and more! I worked out with Jill till March 2015. Those 7 months helped change my life in a lot of positive ways. The job I had was very physically and mentally demanding, and crazy hours. Which made me lack any form of proper diet, I seemed to always get injuries and muscle aches, and I never had the motivation to workout after. Jill first helped me get myself back in shape. She knew how far to push me and helped me stay motivated through each workout. Through the initial conditioning she taught me a lot about how to avoid injuries, and how to strengthen different muscles to help prevent injuries. After 2-3 months of conditioning, I wanted to change my diet. She gave me a new diet plan, and would help change it after every personal milestone I met. The last few months she taught me how to start building muscle, and how to be safe in the gym. It helped me gain confidence that I could avoid injury and the knowledge of how to properly workout out every major muscle group. Jill taught me so much and was always supportive. She always tried to incorporate different workouts into my routine, to show me new things to do, and it helped keep me motivated as I saw myself improve over time. I recommend her to anyone! Jill will help you achieve any goals you want to reach.
I started going to Lauren about 8 months after I started my first full time job after college. The transition from college to the real world not only meant an 8-5 job but also sitting in a cubicle all day, which lead to weight gain. When basic cardio was no longer cutting it, I decided to make a change and fully commit. Well 8 months later I'm hooked! I've lost 17lbs with Lauren (Ginge), and have achieved so many of my goals with her help by not only teaching me how to lift properly and train, but through nutrition advice and exercises to do outside of our sessions, I continue to see amazing results. Every week I look forward to going to her small group training, not only is it a great workout but it's so much fun! Lauren is extremely motivating and knows how to push you to get you to where you want to be.
I watched Erica lose a lot of weight and get in shape herself over a couple of years. She brings that heart to every training session I've had with her. She's gotten me going again after a medical disaster with carefully chosen workout s. I will stay with her as a trainer for a long time.
Highly recommend! After months of unsuccessful physical therapy I started training with Derrick and had positive results in a short amount of time. He rehabilitated my knee and both rotator cuffs. He encouraged me to be patient and was very knowledgeable in his explanation of the process. His thoroughly researched and customized workouts have brought me back to 100% strength and flexibility and have improved my balance, an issue he recognized and worked on. I've found Derrick to be patient and ethical, truly caring about each client's success. I'm confident of his credentials, his long-term vision, and his ability to see the big picture for himself and his clients.

I have been working with Chris for the past two and a half years, it has been and continues to be an excellent experience. Chris creates unique workouts every session, he motivates with positive feedback and encouragement to reach my goals. The workouts are total fitness workouts, cardio, strength training, core work, stability/balance training, high intensity/low intensity. Some mornings it's focused on one area, other mornings it's a combination of a few or all the areas. Chris even adjusts the workouts as we go along based on how I'm feeling. Along with the excellent physical training, Chris is also an outstanding nutritional coach. If you are looking for at trainer that truly offers total fitness, you have been looking for Chris!
