My workouts consist of non-stop movements which burn calories and focus on core-body exercises along with balance and flexibility. Derrick was awesome! He is very skilled in his profession. I was pleased to see how well my son took to him. The workout sessions were geared toward our abilities with the added challenging factors! I really enjoy working with him. I would recommend hiring Derrick for all your fitness needs!

Finding Derrick was a gift!! I searched for several months to find a personal trainer for myself and my 12 year old son. Derrick does an amazing job at challenging both of us while also making it fun at the same time! He has a passion for fitness that is apparent during our training sessions. I count my lucky stars that we are able to train with him!

Derrick is a great trainer with genuine personality. I've worked with several other trainers, and I would say that Derrick has three strong areas. 1. Working with injuries - He is experienced in working with and around injuries. 2. Attention to detail - He tracks your progress and limits and builds on it. 3. Energy - Derrick has the energy and positive approach to help you to your fitness goals. If you're intimidated to start working out, Derrick will get you on track.

Derrick worked with me after a shoulder injury from tennis. He is very professional and I could tell early on that he is excited and passionate about what he does. I would highly recommend him for personal training needs.
