- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Please contact for rates. Once a month you can bring a friend for free and if you refer a friend who signs up for training you will receive two sessions for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will meet to conduct an initial fitness assessment as well as any limitations. We will evaluate personal goals as well as any set time frames if you are working towards a specific event. Then we will schedule our first session so we can begin working towards your goals together.
