We had a great experience with Anthony and his crew! He fixed up our fence and extended it after taking out some old chain link fence that had seen better days. After the fence, he built us a beautiful deck that perfectly fits our backyard and our lifestyle. Thanks Anthony!

Sam did a great job putting my chain link fence in my back yard. Tim also did great work painting almost every room in my house and I will be bringing him back to paint the finished Cape Cod room.

I got some new kitchen cabinets super cheap i could not pass them up. Every where i called to get a quote to get them installed they might as well taken my first born. I seen Horners renovations on facebook and sent them a message on what i needed done. Kyle the owner called me back swiftly and came to my house to see what he was getting to. The price he quoted me at was right in my price range. He got right to work the next day. Not only does my kitchen look wonderful and at a great price, they were so courteous. They cleaned up better than i would have. Thank you so much my family and i love our new kitchen.

Ken was great to work with! He listened to my custom privacy fence ideas and really tried to give me just what I wanted without reservation. The fence he built for me is beautiful and strong. He wanted to make sure it was just what I wanted. I will definitely be calling him again to do other work!

We contracted with Ian Cheadle of Cheadle Construction (937.580.9098) on December 4, 2015, and we are very glad we did. The project centered around the replacement of carpeted and tiled flooring with 3/8 inch Engineered Hardwood in a glue-down installation. This was a project that we, homeowners, had started the previous May, but after completing our great room, the project lost momentum leaving our downstairs in a half-baked configuration. We were simply not looking forward to tackling the myriad of difficult cuts required for our front entry-way, parlor, and hallway, all of which are at odd angles to the walls opposite. In late November, we decided to hire a professional. We found Ian and contacted him via email and he came to our condominium ON TIME, sized up the work and had an estimate/contract prepared for us shortly thereafter. Some prices are a set amount, while others are by square-foot or linear foot. It was all clear up-front. We removed the baseboards, carpet, carpet liner, carpet tack strips, and tile ourselves, revealing a concrete sub-floor upon which the new project would be glued. We were not, however, able to chip away the mortar that was underneath the tile. Lucky for us, Ian had a tool similar to a jack hammer that was able to do that job. The particular choice of materials and the method of installation were ours, and were not products he had worked with prior. Ian listened to our own experiences and in addition did his own research, including contacting the company. So when he began work, he was able to hit the ground running. We should mention that this was "click and lock" flooring in name only; it takes some real persuasion with a hammer to get each piece to lay flat. And the glue, although a great product, is also very messy, requiring constant cleanup. The project also involved the installation of baseboards. We chose 1x4 common board, and did the sanding, priming, and painting ourselves, leaving the cuts and installation for Ian. He caulked all the gaps, leaving a finished, professional look. There were no surprises during the installation. Ian asked all the right questions, and turned our vision into reality in less than a week. Having done this work, ourselves, the previous May, I can tell you that his constantly cheerful attitude must be a superpower of some sort. So, now, the project is complete, the place looks great and we can once again welcome our cars into the garage, just in time for winter. This is a link to a photo on google drive showing some of Ian's work: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4P1TMU9HITkMWk4Y0dIVG0wSGM/view?usp=sharing We were delighted with how it all turned out. Josh did a great job. He provided an accurate estimate and was able to meet the timeline I specified upfront. Crossway Construction provided the services I needed to do changeover occupancy maintenance in a rental unit and have it up and running in time to advertise for a new tenant.

After submitting a request for quotes here on Thumbtack for someone to lay 900 sq ft of laminate floor, we received half dozen or so contacts. We chose Wilson Construction Services initially because Thumbtack showed they had passed a background check and were a gold star member, and had excellent reviews. We contacted Mr. Wilson, he came out the next day, gave us a reasonable quote on the job, sounded knowledgable when telling us what needed done. He was prepared with a basic contract for services and cost. He agreed to pick up and deliver the 39 boxes of flooring and finish materials. He did what he said he would do, he and his crew were timely, friendly, and worked steady while on site. And cleaned up their mess when they were done! The floor look great, we have received several comments on the quality of the work. Couldn't be happier with Wilson Construction Services. Will definitely consider them again in the future and recommend them to you.

I found a County Line Fences through Thumbtack and can't believe what a great job they did. The fence is up and they did an outstanding job even though the weather wasn't very cooperative. They went over and beyond to make sure that the fence was exactly what I needed and wanted. They were professional, friendly and such a great group of guys. The owner was on site working side by side with the guys. Totally took pride in providing great service and customer satisfaction. Even helped to brainstorm with me on ways to keep my youngest from being able to open the gates . The owner did a final walk around before leaving to make sure that I was happy with their work. I don't think any other company compares to the individual attention that the owner has and puts into his work and company. Anyone looking to adding or replacing a fence, County Line Fence is the company to call. Great work standards, competitive pricing and customer satisfaction can't be beat. Privacy, wood, chain link, they do it all. I can open the door and let my dog out or the boys out to play and not give a thought to them not being protected by the fence. Priceless. Call Chad, you won't be disappointed.

I needed 25 ft of chain-link fence to close off my yard. Ivis responded to my post promptly and was able to help. He not only helped with the job but he showed me how to do it myself. Overall I'm very pleased with my fence. Ivis doesn't take shortcuts. He does quality work.
