Manu was a very pleasant person to meet. He immediately put me to ease with the way that he would handle the repair of my computer. This was a very important aspect of concern to me. I had many questions to ask and even though they took quite a bit of his time he did not rush and kept asking if I had any other questions that he could answer. I not only got my computer fixed, I learned a lot. -things that I was doing wrong that comtributed to the problem -importance of backing up data -and on and on. He explained to me what he could do and gave me a timeline of when he would finnish. He updated me with text messages as to the progress of repair. The best customer service I've ever experienced with a computer repair issue. Ed provided a quick & honest diagnosis of the problem when he could have easily told me it was something more complex & costly. He made sure I had all the documents I needed while inward awaiting shipment of a new power adapter, When I left, he noticed right away that I forgot my mouse, let me know & mailed it the next day -- free of charge. You can't ask for better service than that. I will highly recommend Ed Wargo to anyone who needs honest, reasonable & professional computer or iPad or smartphone repair or service. I have run cable for network components, added servers and supported policy, groups and users. I have Reimaged work station pc's so employees can only follow company protocols. I have performed trouble shooting and service on pc's, servers, routers and printers, along with several other devices. On more than one occasion, I have been challenged by a vertical learning curve. I have been able to attain competency within project parameters. All of the projects I have worked over the last 3 plus years have given me a very deep and broad understanding of the technical field.
