Our culinary team members posses over 7 years of experience working in high end venues as Michelin Star restaurant The River Cafe or under legendary chefs as Jose Andres or Jean George. Luis food was amazing, I could only attach 4 of the 6 dishes made, there was red snapper tacos, mine spicy chicken and waffles (gluten free option as well) and tostada with guacamole for the canapé, fried green tomatoes heirloom salad with burrata and buttermilk dressing and a one of the tastiest gazpacho. Lastly the Chimichurri Steak and scallop fried rice was amazing that steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. They went above and beyond made everything special even cut my origins entree in half so it could serve more people who showed up early for the dessert and champagne portion of my bday. It was more than enough! The canapés were delicious and filling, he and his associate did not skimp on a single thing it was classy and beautiful presented and plated. We had a hiccup with the party rental not sending bowls so we used some coupe glasses and it was perfect!

Overall 5 stars service !! We are very happy with the results, even though I gave them really short notice.

Their responsiveness was key in order to arrange things fast. Food was on point, very original and tasty. Service was smooth and the chef and his assistant were very friendly.

Looking forward to hire these talented chefs again. Highly recommended !!
