- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With mowing there's many different factors that go into the price. A small yard could be 30-40 dollars and a large yard could be 100-300 dollars. We give free quotes so you will always know the price before we start. There is no up charges. Guaranteed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we send a quote we go off the information the customer provides. We will honor that quote. If we feel the price needs adjusted we will do so after the first cut. We like for our customer to feel appreciated. We will do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy. Even after we leave we encourage our customers to call with any problems or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been mowing all my life. For 10 years I mowed only a few properties. 5 years ago I decided I was going to mow full time.
