- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial quoting process, I really like to set an appointment with a potential customer. This way we both get a feel for each other to see if the vibe is there; this helps save both of us time in the long run! At this meeting I really like to get a feel for the overall vision the customer has for their event - I want to know what the want to see, what they want to hear, and what they want to feel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have performed live music and theater since I was 14 years old - I have no problems being in front of a crowd, and in fact, I rather enjoy it! I also received formal piano and guitar training from the age of 8, have years of promotional experience with clubs and venues, and have a vast understanding of modern music and the ability to read a crowd.
