What sets us apart is providing a fast and quality product. Specializing in quality ingredients on top of a 9in thin pizza crust. Being new to owning a pizza trailer I take pride in the service and quality of product I provide. I am very passionate about the people and the experience and the overall event we are catering for. Lieto’s is the biggest bang for your buck that you can find in a food truck! They catered a wedding I was at and the owner and staff were very professional and timely!

I had the pleasure of trying Lieto’s Pizza for the first time when they catered a wedding I attended—and I’ve been raving about it ever since! From start to finish, their team impressed me with their professionalism and responsiveness. Despite the huge crowd, they managed to feed everyone quickly and efficiently, all while keeping the quality top-notch.
The pizza? Incredible. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You could tell they put real care into every pie. What stood out even more was how organized and friendly the entire team was. They didn’t just serve food—they elevated the whole experience. And as a bonus, they had leftovers for people to take home, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Lieto’s clearly knows how to handle high-pressure events without compromising on service or quality. If you’re considering them for your event, do it. You won’t be disappointed!

The owner and the staff served over 100 pizzas at the wedding I was at, with ease. The food was fantastic and creative. I would recommend Lieto’s for any gathering big or small!
