- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible depending upon the needs. All projects must be paid in 4 hour minimum. I am open to Long-term assignments (6 mo. or greater) if the needs exist.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in NE Ohio for over 20 years, specifically in HR. I've worked in manufacturing, service and non-profit industries. I've processed payroll, benefits, conducted new employee orientation, small venue trainings and talent sourcing. I am an active member of Society of Human Resource Management and currently hold an board position with the local chapter. I am a college graduate with a degree in business management with emphasis in HR. To continue to stay informed and current I volunteer with our local SHRM chapter as a board leader. I attend seminars and webinars through my SHRM and other professional related affiliations. I participate in several local networks of fellow human resource colleagues where we share and brainstorm problems and solutions alike.
