I was working with Matt from the past 6 weeks and its been, fantastic working with him. I have noticed significant change in my measurements with in a month, and I am extremely happy with it, and I am confidant that I will reach my set goals with in the next 3-4 months. He imparts moral confidence on your fitness and motivates you for the best results. He always takes my feedback and changes the workouts accordingly, so that my body wont hurt. He also provided the diet plan based on my existing diet to archive optimum results. Before working with Matt, I used to do the exercises regularly but could not see any progress, but after working with him and allotting the same amount of time that I used to spend my self, I saw a significant change. Though the changes are minor but they are the stepping stones to improve my fitness levels. Matt is not a magician to do miracles overnight and get the results instantaneously, but he cares about my body fitness. The only thing that Matt might ask is a dedicated commitment in myself to achieve my fitness goals. I would definitely recommend him as your fitness trainer if you are committed to your fitness goals. The best part is....He comes to us...rather than we go to his place. This saves us some travelling time and can fit it based on our schedule. .
I met with Troy when I first came to Ultimate U. His enthusiasm and desire to help others was easily "exposed" through his personableness. Troy has such a big heart and strives to help others meet and become their own personal "Ultimate U." Troy has impressed me since day one. Sarah went above and beyond as a personal trainer, from giving out her personal phone number so clients could keep her updated on at home workouts, their food they have been eating, or simply text her if they needed that pep talk or extra push, to going to the grocery store with her clients to physically show them the right things to be eating during the journey. Sarah is a trainer you are able to bond with on a personal level because she has experienced the type of weight issues most people struggle with before she began her own fitness journey... ultimately giving her the powerful outlook she now has daily on life; which is something I specifically looked for when searching for a trainer -someone who has been in my shoes and someone who was able to rise above and transform which in return was able to help me do the same, as well. Whether you're looking to simply lose weight, build muscle, tone, or just overall become a more healthy and vibrant individual... you will not go wrong with Sarah Manns! I highly recommend her.

If you're serious about getting into shape, show Jennifer some motivation and she will get you there. She's progressive in her techniques and continues to gradually hit me with more and more complex movements which is the way fittness is supposed to be done. I'm a 10 year Army vet who is a certified Master Fittness Trainer and she has my stamp of approval.

Ethan is one of the best personal trainers I’ve worked with. He exceeded my expectations by pushing me to my max and helping me achieve results beyond what I thought I was capable of. I was impressed by the work out routines / exercises that he would continuously change to keep me challenged. Additionally, he provided me with food / diet recommendations to maximize my performance. Stephanie is an intelligent, outstanding and intuitive person and coach. She tailors individual workout by adopting principles from several disciplines of her vast knowledge of dancing, personal training, boxing, martial arts, nutrition etc. to get the best restult possible for me. She's very tenacious and works well with groups or individual. I've been working with her for over 2years and I've gained lots of knowledge on what's best for my body. I've worked off and on win various trainers over the last 6 years both one on one and in a group setting, for everything from weight loss to strength training. I can say hands down that Joe is the best trainer I have ever seen or worked with. Besides being stronger than I have ever been and in better shape, he as helped me with working on rehabbing my shoulders as well as pointing out weak muscles that I compensate for. Joe is truly educated in his methodology and knows what he is doing and talking about. I will continue to work with Joe and use what I have been taught for years to come. Thanks I owe you!
Tyson is an excellent trainer – he takes the time to understand your fitness goals and tailors every training session to uniquely fit your needs and abilities. By varying the workouts, and taking the time to get to know his clients and what motivates them, he actually makes it fun and the time flies by! It’s clear to see why so many of his clients have successfully reached their fitness goals – I highly recommend working with him!
Eric is the most laid back trainer, which works so well for me. He isn't intimidating, as he is very personable and makes me feel comfortable working out. However, he is still a great motivator and keeps me accountable. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.
Tifiro has been my trainer for over 4 years and it has been awesome experience. He promotes living a healthy lifestyle, good nutrition plan and a hard workout. At the gym he always make sure you perfect your technique when working out. His pleasant personality makes your hard workout fun. With his training skills I entered a figured competition and placed 5th in Master 50 plus. The quality of his training skills are outstanding.
I met Adam a few months back in the gym. From the jump he has been a very genuine person. He had seen me come and go from the gym and struggle with workouts. Always there to offer support and advice......I thought wait this guy isn't training me? He wasn't he was just offering to help. Something that most private trainers don't do. I watched him help clients at the gym and one thing has been the norm. He's not only coaching them but he's changing lives. I love it! The work outs are developed to challenge and engage the beginners up to the advanced people. The group setting is fun and high energy. The trainers are motivating and set programs to allow you to work at your level (as hard as you want to work by adding weight). They have multiple trainers giving you many options of different workout styles. This morning I left there sweating! I love the challenge, variety of work outs, and the open schedule availability all for a reasonable price!

I do travel healthcare, so my location changes frequently. While in Columbus, I found Rich...I trained w him 5 days a week and it was well worth the long drive and money Spent!!! He cares so much about his clients! Having moved on to another location, I Know that if I had a question or needed fitness help, I could reach out and he would be there no questions asked! I strongly suggest that if you are looking for a trainer for whatever reason, you reach out to Rich! You will not be disappointed!
I highly recommend Melissa as a personal trainer! She tailors workouts to fit your needs and she doesn't push you to do more than you can handle until you're ready. She does however, push you to keep going and not give up!! She continually evaluates the workouts and changes them up as needed to allow you to improve!
