My project involved the removal of my existing boiler system and installation of a new HVAC system and ductwork. Alex is very easy to work with, he is polite, personable and very knowledgeable. I had spoken with other hvac contractors, but after speaking with Alex and discussing his pricing, I knew right away this was the right guy for the job. Alex, and his assistant showed up for the job and on the very first day they had the old boiler system removed and the new furnace partially installed turned on and heating the basement, which was very impressive. Alex, throughly explained every step of the project and the project proceeded as discussed, without any surprises. I also had Alex install a new hot water tank which also professionally done. I recommended Alex to a friend whose furnace had gone out, my friend had another hvac contractor look at his furnace who told him he needed a new furnace. Mack Plumbing ripped me off! Charged me $330 for a toilet valve replacement and new toilet repair kit. I just had the same issue (leaking noises) in my upstairs bathroom. I tried a different plumber and they charged me $100 for the exact same work. Always get a few estimates…lesson learned. The gentleman that Mack Plumbing sent to my house was cool as hell and did a good job though! Just watch how much they charge you!
